The Saouta is hand forged by our blacksmith in Guinea, West Africa, using traditional methods. They can be used for:
- Carving the interior of the bowl
- Carve and detail the shelf (interior)
- Removing excess wood from overly thick and heavy drums (post production)
- Carving out-of-round drums into round
